General Terms

Revisions & Corrections: Any revisions or corrections must be reported within 7 days of receipt and will only be accepted with a new model, accompanied by the initially supplied model and work.

Revision Charges: Revisions are subject to a charge of 50% of the actual rate of the original work, plus any applicable additional tax.

Temporary Provisions: A temporary crown/bridge should be provided after tooth preparation. BDL is not liable for insertion issues if a temporary appliance is not provided.

Order Finality: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is deemed final and cannot be withdrawn.

Processing Time: Our standard processing time is 7 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Pricing & GST: All prices are stated exclusive of GST, which is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 5%).

Pricing Changes: Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Jurisdiction: All legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Anantapur only.

Refund Policy

At BDL, we take pride in providing custom dental solutions designed to meet specific client needs. Due to the personalized nature of these products and services:

No Refunds: We maintain a strict no refund policy. Once an order is placed, BDL does not offer refunds or accept returns on any products or services.

Defective Products: In the exceptional case that a product is defective or varies from the specifications due to our error, we will evaluate the situation and, where justified, provide an appropriate solution, which may include product replacement or service adjustment.

Payment Terms

Standard Payment: Payment is due upon delivery and should be made via cheque or demand draft (DD).

Urgent Orders: Orders requested for delivery within two days will incur an additional charge of 25%.

Suggestions for Optimal Results

To ensure the best outcomes for dental restorations, we advise adherence to the following suggestions:

Model Preparation: Ensure models are parallel or slightly tapering towards the occlusal surface and minimize undercuts.

Impressions: Do not let dental impressions dry out and pour with Die Stone Type IV immediately.

Accuracy: Accurate shade selection and bite registration are critical for optimal results.

Metal Prosthesis: Avoid grinding during trial fittings to prevent contamination and chipping.

Anterior Cases: If satisfied with a temporary crown or bridge, providing a model will assist in accurate replication.

Pre-operative models are recommended where applicable to aid in the process.
